RHPK has announced today that we will be returning to fixed gearing for the remainder of the 2023 Season in June, after a number of requests from the paddock to return to fixed gearing. We published a poll a couple of months back., the majority of the votes, from our 2023 teams voted to return back to fixed gearing. A number of comments suggested reducing the costs and time needed to test the combinations, especially for new teams entering the series.
We learned from a number of teams up and down the paddock who had purchased different clutch and sprocket combinations, returning to fixed gearing leaving them with a sizable dent in their wallet which they could no longer use. Therefore for the remainder of the year, Round 4 onwards – we are enforcing the following fixed gearing combinations…

All teams are expected to comply for Round 4, June. We will fix to one option for the 2024 RHPK Season.
